Sorry mate, this is the official international support forum. which means English only. There is a Turkish language forum where you can ask your question in Turkish. You just have to join the Turkish language group if you haven't done already, which you can find in the link below.

As for your question: did you check your spam folder? It might be there if you haven't added OSM to your contacts. Otherwise, you will have to contact our customer support as they can help you out with this issue. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on "Bir talep gönder" and select 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. You do have to fill the contact sheet in English as it is the official support and OSM has a international character.
