Hi there,
You have to click on the 'claim' button twice. The first one is on the page of match prediction itself. Then you get a pop-up where you have to click the button again. After that they should be added to your account.
In order to double check if the 10 Bosscoins were really added to your account or not, you will have to contact our customer support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
