Hello I don’t know why but I cannot succeed to enter the game. I can open the app but I have an error message immediately. I don’t know why, I succed to open it on an other device.

This is the message that I get when I open the app “ An error occurred while launching OSM. Please try again later.” and this for days know.

Thanks for your helpAh, I see. This could be related to an old account, if you had any on OSM. To help you with fixing that error message, you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them through the below link.
https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us
Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.
