BlackOut in Europe
-
Hi guys
I'm Portuguese and yesterday we were without electricity (like much of Europe) until 9:40pm, which made it impossible for me to put up my game plan, tactics and everything else. I ended up losing the game and I think it's super unfair because I really had no choice but to lose because I couldn't put my team together. We spent the day without light and mobile network and I think that this match shouldn't count, or at least reset this day. Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance

Yes, you're right, it's a little unfair.
But keeping in mind that it cannot be the fault of the game administrators, because it is possible that they did not even know that this happened. Those administrators who are from Portugal or the other countries where the blackout happened had no way to contact the game developers when this happened, because there was no internet.(PS: out of curiosity, any idea why this happened, or how it happened?)

Hi there,
I know that this is very unfortunate, but it's ultimately up to OSM if they want to do a rollback or not. It can always happen that the electricity falls out. Even just in your own neighbourhood right before match simulation started and your are busy setting up your teams. If OSM has to keep track of every single blackout happening in the world, then there would barely be any match simulations at all.
