winners cup ticket

I see "my winners cup" slot in the main screen, but the ticket slot are empty. I don't have the opportunity to enter the competition. Why?

Hi there,
A Winners Cup ticket is only avaialbe for around a week after your league has ended and you need to claim the ticket before that time. Your league in Italy has finished on May 11th, so the ticket expired a few days ago.
I think you will have to force close the OSM app to remove the indication that you have a ticket.
