Cant start the App on my I Phone

Every time I start the app, an Error Info shows up. I deinstalled the app already 2 times and started my mobile phone 2 times new. Does someone know how to fix the problem or what is the cause.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
