      Hi there.

      Depending on what you purchased, it can be delivered in a different way. Bosscoins are added to your account automatically or can be claimed through the career page. Other items, such as the Club Funds, Training Progression or Player Packs will be placed in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag).

      If you still didn't received the contents of the pack your purchased, then you should contact our customer support. They can verify this. You can find our customer support through the below link.

      Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
