Gold Pack Glitch

Moments ago I purchased the Gold Pack, which of course sees a hike in price, 150 boss coins to be exact, Im using my mobile, its asks me do I wanna use it straight away for this slot, I say yes, next thing, an egg timer, and then an "Oops we've run into difficulties' upon the app reloading, boss coins have gone, no gold pack to open. Have checked inventory - nothing
Can this be sorted, and also Id like my Gold Pack, or my coins refunded

We can't help you with this on the forum. You will have to go to our customer support. They can verify the purchase and issue and give those items. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment. Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

How am I supposed to 'prove' my purchase, when its single-click? screen record all my activity? and as for what you said "several days before I get a reply" that cements exactly what I felt this game is/has become - a joke, and not worthy of people wasting their time - espeically, when its stated, it can take days to get a reply - what about those who have suffered a glitch when making payment, - its disgusting - time to go back to Top Eleven App

Ever heard of digital bank statement and such? I'm sure your bank or your creditcard company or whatever method you used to pay for those Bosscoins have send you a digital print of your transaction. Just copy that transaction code and put it in the contact sheet.
If an error occured when making a transaction, then most banks and creditcard companies reverse the payment and put your money back in your account if the transaction failed.
