My account was hacked
-
Hello,
My OSM account’s nickname, password, and email address were all changed overnight without any notification or email alert. This is highly concerning and has caused me to lose access to my account.
When I contacted support, I provided detailed information, including:
The exact date I created my account.
The date and screenshot of my most recent Boss Coin purchase.
An estimated total of Boss Coins I have purchased over time.
The payment method used, along with a photo of the credit card I used for Boss Coin purchases (with sensitive information hidden for security).
I explained that asking “How many Boss Coins are in your account right now?” is not a reliable way to verify ownership, because the person who stole my account could have already spent them or purchased more.
I also pointed out that everyone on the thief’s friend list is a real-life friend of mine. I suggested that you could verify my identity by contacting them or by sending them a two-factor authentication code. I am also willing to confirm my identity via voice or video call through Discord or another platform.
Additionally, the person who changed my account name still has my old nickname visible on their forum profile, and the profile link redirects to the stolen account. This is publicly visible and can be verified.
I have clear evidence, including screenshots, and I am willing to share them directly. You can also verify this incident by checking your purchase logs and login history for my account.
Please note: I kindly request not to be redirected to support@onlinesoccermanager.com again. I need to speak directly with someone who can personally review my evidence and assist me in recovering my account, rather than an automated or template-based reply system.
I am hoping for a direct and constructive resolution. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Hi there,
I'm sorry that this happened to you. But going to https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us is the right course of action. If you do the rights steps and submit the contact form in English, you will receive a reply from our support team. They can verify all the proof you have submitted.
After going to our support website and click on 'submit a request' you will have to select 'OSM' from the dropdown menu. Then you can fill in the contact form in English. For 'Please select an issue that you are having' you will have to select 'Related to my account'.
If you do not submit the form in English or selected the option 'Report a player for an offensive tag, name or description' from the dropdown menu, you will get an automated reply that redirects you to the support website.
If you already did all of this correctly, you will receive a reply. How long it will take for them to reply depends on how busy it is.

Btw let me ask you something about manager name ? What should type there my really old nickname, or the stolen one ? Or this account nickname ? And also they are keep asking me about boss coin questions i mean if the thief has made a new purchase, it will not match the information I have such as my coin order number and credit card details. The support admin should be able to distinguish this, but currently, they cannot.

That is the managername you had for the account that got hacked.
But, what do you mean with Bosscoins questions? There are no Bosscoins questions for the contact form. Have you already received a reply back from our support?

No i mean my hacked account name was : ShonenJump, and the hacked new name changed to: King5621, and yea your support manager who named by roel ask me related about boss coin questions, i mean he keeps asking me "When was your most recent Boss Coin purchase?" Or "How many Boss Coins does the account currently have?" If hacker spend all of my coins or bought some new ones the coin info wouldnt match what i say to him in directly. For example i bought boss coins in 20 july but after that if hacker buy some new coins in 1 august boss coin numbers wouldnt match. I got lots of info and evidence if you want the see the truth we can comminicate video call on discord too. I can send you a my all screenshots too in private message. Because i don't believe the support manager will solve this problem.

I'm sorry, but I can't help you with this. I'm just a Forum Moderator and don't work for Gamebasics (owner of OSM), nor do I have any tools.
The question about the the estimate amount of Bosscoins is used to check the data and see if it matches/comes close to the amount that was in the account at the time of the hack. It doesn't matter if the hacker used Bosscoins or not as they can see that in the logs. Same as with the proof of payment before the account was hacked. The hacker couldn't have purchased Bosscoins before he hacked your account if you can show that proof of your latest payment that was made before the hack. They can also see when managername, password and e-mailadress were changed.
These questions are there to gauge if you are the owner of the account or not.

Lastly, what should I write for the question “What is your manager name?” . My original nickname before the account was hacked (“ShonenJump”) or the name it was changed to after the hack (“King5621”). -

Lastly, what should I write for the question “What is your manager name?” . My original nickname before the account was hacked (“ShonenJump”) or the name it was changed to after the hack (“King5621”).That would be “ShonenJump” as that is the managername you used for your account. You should also make a mention of "King5621" stating that the hacker changed the managername to that name.

Since this will be handled through the customer support, I will close this topic.
