Trouble with Facebook account link.

Hello! I've come back to play again this great game, but when I tried to link my Facebok account, something went wrong. I accepted terms & conditions, and then when I click on the Facebook button, it shows a sign saying "Do you already have an account?, Link your Facebook account here". Then, when I try to connect using my email, it doesn´t arrive to my mailbox. I just want to know if I can talk to anybody that can restore my old account, because I remember having a lot of coins. I'll wait your answer. Thank you so much!

Do you remember how long ago it was when you last played OSM? The reason why I'm asking is that accounts will be permanentaly removed from the database if they are inactive for a period of 3 years straight. So if it was more than 3 years ago that you last logged in to your old account, then it is gone and can't be brought back.

Then it's best to contact our customer support and ask for help there. They can verify if old account still excist or not. You can find them through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide as much details about your old account as possible.
Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.
