I remember that a couple of months ago, when you won against a real manager you used to get 200+ xp
Now, even when I win against an active manager I only receive around 30 xp as when I win an NPC
As a result I am now one level lower than I used to be and I can't climb back up again cause I don't get enough xp
Is it only me that I got this problem? With all due respect I want an explanation -

Two months ago you were probably in a lower Division then you are now. You will start getting a little bit less medals for a win each time you increase your Division.
Winning against a human manager will net you more medals, unless that manager is inactive. Then you will only receive the same amount of medals as you would get against a NPC team. So if you only received 30 medals winning against a human manager, that manager is inactive, meaning they haven't logged in for at least 72 hours at the time your match against that manager was played.
