Hi there,
There are two ways to check if there are issues with the transferengine:,

you can check the transfervalue of players that are added to the transferlist by the engine. Their value should drop a little bit each time the engine comes around (9 times a day). If the value drops, then there are no issues with the transferengine.

Check if other managers in your league are selling players. If they do, then there is no issue with the transferengine.
