Reward not recieved

Hey there. I tried the free coins method, the 'fyber offers' exactly, where you have to play a game for a certain time, in this case for 60 days. I tried this before, since I play OSM for more than 10 years, and I always got my reward. But not this time. This time they sent me a message, alluding that I didn't download the game in the proper way. But I am pretty sure that I downloaded the game in the right way, by clicking 'complete offer' inside the offer, and then it sent me directly to google play, where I downloaded it, and started playing. I play OSM for 10 -12 years now, and in the past I always got the rewards like this. I'm so dissapointed, cause I played this game for weeks, every day, cause I was so excited to get that reward in OSM. This game is called 'candy blast' and I don't really like these kind of games, but I played it cause I thought I can do it, cause it was worthy for that kind of reward, so I could continue my long journey in OSM. But they claim that I can't recieve the reward, and I'm really dissapointed.
