    Dear support team,

    I’m not able to buy the elit package on store, however all my friends at the same league can buy and open higher rating players.

    Because of that i did purchase the gold player package without knowing there’s an upper level package..

    Btw i’m using the latest version of the app.

    I kindly request your assistance regarding this matter.

        Hi there,

        Can you give us some more details as to why you can't buy the Elite Playerpack?

        There are 4 different Player Packs. The first two (Silver and Gold) only costs some Bosscoins, while the other two (Diamond and Elite) have to be bought with real money.

          There’s only three packs shown in my store. Bronze-silver and gold.

          Elit pack doens’t shown and i dont know why.
          And i wouldnt know that it exists unless my friend warned me about it.

              If there are only three packs shown, then it could be that you are playing on a much older version of OSM. We used to only have the Bronze, Silver and Gold Pack, but those got changed some time ago.

              So first try to see if you can update the OSM app or if you can update the browser you are using. If it's updated and you still see only the three packs, then we need some more info on the platform and version you are playing OSM on?

              If you are playing on the OSM app, we need the following info:

              • brand + type of the phone
              • the version of your operating system
              • the version of the OSM app

              If you are playing on the webversion, we need the following info

              • which browser you are playing on
              • the version of that browser.
              • the version of OSM

                Actually, I’m using the latest version of the application, and when I checked via the App Store, no other updates were showing.

                I will update my phone’s software and let you know again whether the issue is resolved or not. Here are the details you requested to help:

                Phone model: Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max
                Software: iOS 18.6 (currently) — updating to 18.7
                OSM version: 4.14.3

                Additionally, at the moment, my store screen appears as in the attached screenshot.IMG_8623.jpeg

                    Then perhaps it's because of the language you have set up for OSM. What language is that and do you see the Diamond and Elite Pack if you change the language of the OSM app to English?

                      It’s was turkish as default. Changed it to english as you said but it doesn’t work, nothing changed at all.
                      Still got the bronze silver and gold only. Even the legend package came to store a few days ago, i got the notification but still not available on store..

                        And your friends are also Turkish, but they do see the other Player Packs listed in the OSM Store?
