I invited two friends, but I didn’t receive my bonus.

There are number of requirements that needs to be fullfilled by both you and your friend before you receive that bonus Bosscoins for inviting a friend to create an account on OSM. These are as follows:
New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app, then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the invite link again after the account has been created)
Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an already existing account.
There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.
If you haven't already let at least 10 people to create an account through your invite link, then the issue will most likely lie in that first requirement. So ask your friend to click/tap on the invite link again. -

If you and your friends followed these requirements, but you still didn't receive the bonus Bosscoins, then you will have to contact our customer support. They can verify this and hand out the Bosscoins. You can find the support through the below link.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact form. Make sure to provide the managernames of your friends who signed up through your invitation link.
