I cannot use the app, it appears a messagge of error, and the app tells me that it has been problem retry later

For this issue you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. They can help you out.

Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form.
