    Hello.
    After having earned the right to participate in the Winners' Cup and having activated the ticket more than a week ago, I am still in the queue, waiting for other coaches to be able to take part in the mentioned cup.
    I would like you to be able to fix this situation.
    I look forward to its resolution.

    Yesterday I finished the Portuguese championship in which I coached the glorious SLB and finished in second place, and I received the ticket to participate in the Winners' Cup. When I tried to validate the ticket, a message appeared saying Something went wrong, help us by reporting this situation via email. Unfortunately, nothing works in this game. I hope that once again they fix this unfortunate situation.
