I need help to report Cheater

Can you please inform me how can i report a cheater in the game.

• One manager has 14 multiple illegal accounts in the Kyrgyzstan leagues where Im participating. All accounts are created within one day,yesterday, at a similar time.

So at the moment in that leagues we have that cheating manager and his 14 illegel multiple account and me?

Can I just go to the Cheater profile and click on option REPORT, and then to follow these recommendations i saw some osm moderator send to in the similar situation

1.Go to https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and click on 'submit a request'
2.Select 'OSM' from the dropdown menu to fill in the contact form.
3.for the question 'Please select an issue that you are having' you should choose 'Report inappropriate behaviour
4.Give as much details about why you suspect someone of cheating and add proof.

Or there is some other option I should click?
