That depends on their total team value and the league creation sytem. The system tries to put users with similar team values in one Champions Cup, but at the same time it tries to minimize the waiting time for users as much as possible. So it could still happen that the total difference in team value from the team with the highest team value to the team with the lowest team value will be pretty big.
Bottom line: a high chance they will be in seperate Champions Cups, but they could still end up together in the same one if they are lucky.
