Why when i report a cheater? The moderators do nothing about it?

I reported two players for making illegal transfers. And they're still playing like nothing happened.

Hi there,

That you suspect someone of cheating doesn't mean that they are cheating. Also, there needs to be clear evidence and a lot of them before someone is considered as a cheater.

When did you made the report and is that league still active? Depending on how busy it is, it might take several days before you receive a reply.

The league is active. I submitted the report 4 days ago.
And the guy is playing like nothing happened.

The weekend doesn't count as the Support team doesn't work outside office hours. So it could be that they will response soon.

Just to be safe: did you report it using the following steps?

Go to https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us and use 'submit a request'
Select 'OSM' from the first dropdown menu

If you selected 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description' from that first dropdown menu, then the report won't come through.
