Hi there,
If you have these items on hand, then you first need to go to the inventory. This the blue/yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen. From there you can select any of your available items.
Keep in mind that the use of items is only possible in leagues where this option is active. If you are playing in a league where it has been turned off, then you can't use those items. They will greyed out in your inventory.
