I can't watch an add so I can't earn rewards

It still appears to be working for me (both in mobile app and in browser). I think it might be a very unique issue.
What exactly happens when you try to watch one though (i.e. does the screen go black, freeze, show an error, etc...)?

@JamieHarper nothing happens, it seems like the ad will open but nothing. It is not the first time, so it has nothing to do with my pc or something else. But why is no one answering here from the company?

In case it's a browser compatibility issue, I use Opera GX and don't have an issue, so could be worth giving that a go in the meantime? (I'm just spit-balling ideas, in the hope one of them works for yous)

How can it be a browser compatibility issue, when it's worked perfectly in the past...... Except when the game has had a problem. So maybe the problem is with the game, and not the user.

That's for what the support is here, but no one is interested in this problem, no one asks serious questions. If that is called support, then it is f*cking BS! Since days no help, but getting boss coins, if we pay money, wow, excellent. That's how it should work

Just an FYI, I use BOTH android and PC / browser (switching between the two), and I was just thinking of things that have worked for me in the past with other web apps. Was also definitely not blaming the user.

I know that it's frustrating, but keep in mind that office jobs are from Monday to Friday. It's weekend now, so they will only start to look at it from tommorrow onwards.

I haven't heard anything back yet. I have asked them again. What I noticed myself is that certain ads do play. This evening 5 of the 9 ads on web were fully played. The other ones got closed inmediately. It will probably depend on the region you live in, which ads get displayed and which one works and which don't.

My screne looks like it's trying to load a video for about 5-10 sec, then clears back to the game screne.

@Adrian-C-Woods that's exactly the same on my laptop. @FC-Eddie_NL It doesn't matter where I am clicking, and I guess it is the same for Adrian. All Ads not playing but the system is trying to load them, the ball is turning two rounds or something and then it is clears back, but nothing else happens.
