Season not starting

I started playing with Southampton on 2 different slots. However the season is not starting yet for some reason. On my home screen it says that next match is starting in EX. 3 hours, and the next day it says 15 hours until next match against the same team. I can buy and sell players, but matches are not played. I can not resign during preseason. Please help thanks

You are in preparation, so the timer on your Home page (house) tells you when the next simulation starts. The timer on the notficiations page (the clock) tells you the time to your next match.
