    In answer to my own post,

    Apparently it seems that if one does not get any offers credited, then under PersonalY, there is a tab at the top named Support. It appears that's where you alert the support team to get your Boss Coins. It appears you do not have to directly contact any Offer Provider.

    Hope this helps anyone else who may have met this problem.
