I bought Gnabry for around 20 million euros as an opportunity. After I bought him my money was gone but till this moment (around an hour later) he is not in my team. Is it possible to still get him or get my money back?

On your slot 4 with Fulham you have Gnabry on your team. You bought him at 16:18 for 20,9 M and his value is 19,8 M. That's definitely an opportunity, so you probably thought you were on a different slot. Everthing seems fine.
