@jeffro-davies They are not removed Jeff, his posts are on page 1 mate.
-
how to improve:
1. daily control of the top 100.
2. possibility to report a cheat from another league.
Only these two simple things are enough to stop cheaters -
Top 100 is not the big thing here. There are lots of users using a simple strategy to gain mp and we need a anti-cheat bot that will be automatic and running on a daily basis.
Doing this would be hard for any company and not in big interest to invest on it, I will not do such things.
What I will do 1st thing is removing top 100 based on country
-
@roni-meda But how exactly should the top 100 be controlled daily? It would be nice if you could expand on your suggestion 1. Personally, If I took OSM seriously enough and I was in the top 100 I would not like my profile to be checked every day. If it had to be checked often I would say maybe 2-4 times a month maybe.
Also, I would suggest removing the top 100 based on country, just like what was previously stated in the post before me. I don't think it is hugely necessary to know who is the best in just your single country in my opinion. If it had to be replaced maybe I would suggest a ranking based on continent instead of country. But honestly, I would rather just suggest top 100 based on country be removed than it being removed and replacing it with a top 100 based on continent. This suggestion is not a major suggestion for me, in fact it would not be a huge deal if it does not happen anyways, but I still suggest it because I think it would be good if it does happen.

@MenagerBL @jeffro-davies @roni-meda @bearded-conte
Hi again guys !
I'm back on this discussion, cause in case I haven't made it yet clear to everyone , I'm really interested to hear more about your thoughts and ideas on this very important subject which concerns the well being of the whole OSM community.
So after reading and thinking about your so far posts here are few questions I'd like to make at this point :
Do you believe that cheaters from TOP 100 are noobs or that naive to the point to get easily caught?
Are you aware of any suspicious situations and you are not able to report them via the Report as Cheater button? If that's the case then by all means please report them via a mail to the OSM Support team ( en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com ) and make sure you add evidences that are good enough for Staff to check upon those leagues. Also state clearly that you can't report them from within a certain league.
About checking the Top 100 on a daily basis, or even two or three times per month...
Guys I'm sorry to tell you this but ( bitter truth ) sometimes Staff don't even have enough time to stay up to date with the reports that users already send on a daily basis.
How on earth do you expect them to find the extra time to check the Top 100 that often ?
So why not ask you this : Is any of you willing to apply yourself to join the Support Team and do this control regularly ?Once again I need to tell you the reason for why we allowed this topic... Because if even one of you has a really good idea for devvers to implement it and catch those who break OSM Terms ( not just as a suspect but for whoever you have real and strong evidences to present as a case for serious investigation ) then it is a must to share it in here!
By the way @Majstor-Matt Matty , about the previous chat we had here... I did ask about it and I was informed that no manager/cheater was ever suspended for just 3 or 6 months mate.
Therefore I have to kindly ask of you to forward to us the usernames of these managers that you mentioned on your post ( of course in private if you prefer it , I can respect that ) so we can investigate them and found out what exactly had happened with their accounts.Thank you all guys for reading this , I really appreciate your time and any help offered and I expect your new posts.

I'm ready to join the team and learn all what is needed, even only for that specific job.

They are millions mate.
And yes do keep in mind that cheat reports are mostly handled by Staff Support. And what is a Staff Support Nenad ? A volunteering manager on OSM , not a GB employee, just a person with his or her real life duties to handle too and not being able to work on his OSM tasks 24/7.
Thank you for your reply and kind offer Nenad. I will pass your interest to join this " fight club " ! -
@SUPERNOVA-8 Of course, I understand. A volunteering manager...I don't expect a salary for my work...
I'm waiting for your response. -
Note Hi Uchenna !
As you will notice , I didn't tag your name this time mate to avoid any over reaction from your side...
I know by now that you read every topic so feel free to continue with your posts and opinions on our discussion ... tag or no tag ... Deal ?
-
P.S. Another important thing Nenad. @MenagerBL
Since you offer yourself to join forces with the English Support Team then you could make a great start by removing your downvote from Uchenna's post mate.
In case you wonder why I ask you to do this, it's because no OSM manager and even more a member of our Support team is allowed to treat other users with disrespect or any kind of hostility. You have your right to your opinion as an old and experienced manager in here but Uchenna has also every right to express himself and share his honest opinion on the World forum as a brand new member of our community without having to worry of getting criticized or disapproved by another fellow manager.
Is this understood Nenad ? -
Why are there "downotes" If they cant be used? If I dont think something is good or If I strongly disagree with someones opinion, why shoudlnt I be able to dislike it? That does not mean I dont respect someone, I just dont agree with the things he said...

Since you are asking me Matty ( and thank you for giving me this opportunity to explain this ) I was always against the downvoting part , because it is 99% of the times used for all the wrong reasons on the forums.
If I don't agree with someone's post and opinion I speak up. I post my own reply and opinion. I present my own thoughts and suggestions. Why should anybody get to see this minus ( - ) symbol on a post ?
Which sadly is translated in our modern times as a "dislike" button . I'm sorry but I find it so rude and hostile way for anyone to show he disagrees with an opinion by simply giving a downvote and without giving the chance to the manager to defend himself via a civilised dialogue. -

they told to me '' you have to report through the game , because we can't react without a report ''
@MenagerBL said in Improvement of fair play:
Now at the moment there are at least 10-15 cheaters in top100.
Same pattern: all multi-accounts loged from PC (accounts with no history, mostly more loses than wins), strange goal difference for all clubs (cheater already scored 50+ goals in 6-7 matches), no transfers in league (all clubs with players 60-70) all wins for cheater even if his squad is worth 60-70M etc. Very easy to discover.you know why so many cheaters aren't blocked, because they hold the top rankings of their country in the ranking of countries in the world.
A staff supporter from a country that is not one of the top 20 ranking countries would be the ideal solution.
meanwhile, after 5 days of reporting, everything proceeds normally, nothing irregular -
@roni-meda
But you are the first who should be punished for multiple accounts -
@نااانسي-عجرم Nah, he just knows how to find a team free on top spot 4 days before league ends. Its skill
-

@roni-meda
But you are the first who should be punished for multiple accountsRiadh you cannot accuse another manager this way in public without even having some solid proof - evidences that he is acting against the OSM Terms and as if this wasn't unfair enough... You downvote his post and personal opinion on a discussion topic and ... what's with your emoji mate? You stubb the guy and then you give him a hug ?
-
Do you see what just happened here guys? So very often an x manager might think , believe , have a hunch ( call it however you want ) that a y manager is a cheater. But that's not always the case. We can only report a manager if and when we are 100% sure of his illegal behavior and only when we are in position to provide solid evidences about it.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8
This is the idea -
@نااانسي-عجرم
@roni-meda
And sorry man here ,i just want give a proof of misunderstanding -
@نااانسي-عجرم Haha, you little devil...
Yeah yeah , I love you too Riadh.
But do me this favor and remove your downvote from Roni's post. I can still see it there.
Please buddy.It's only fair .
