Ranking & Manager Points Bug

First of all my name is Sofie, not Supernova 8. Secondly , you don't have to thank me ( thanks for nothing as they say...) cause it's obvious to me that I did misunderstand your problem and I apologise for that.
After reading a few topics on the Support forum tonight, it looks like not just you but more managers face a serious malfunction with their MPs and rankings. Well you are an experienced manager mate and this case looks like another bug issue.
You should know better...what are you waiting for? Could you please forget the long essays and accusations and proceed with a fine detailed bug report and some screen shots would help too with time & date appearing , so that we can have a whole picture of the situation and get down to business? I need to have something in my hands besides words in order to forward this issue. I would really appreciate it Rafael. -
@Hansinho My friend thank you so much for your kind post. I did realise that we are dealing with a serious situation here and we'll try our best to fix this problem as soon as possible. I can only hope to your patience cause it is the Holy weekend. Please if you could help with any screen shots and a bug report template I would really appreciate it. :handshake_tone2:

We do need your bug report templates to be gathered in here and also screen shots of the bug with time & date appearing on your shots.
All bugs should be reported using the following basic guidelines.
Login: (Login of the user with the bug)
Account: (Slot1, Slot2, Slot3, Slot4)
League number: (not manadatory if you don't know how to find it)
Date & Time of the bug: (This should be as accurate as possible, for developers to check error logs)
Platform: (Website PC/Mobile, Facebook, Android App, iPhone App, iPad App) ***
Screenshots: (Full screen - URL and time should be presented)
Bug step-by-step Description: (The ideal is that you describe all the steps you do to reproduce the error)***For bugs related with the full website and Facebook versions, please add:

@SUPERNOVA-8 I have a problem with the ranking&points. I finished Swiss league at 13/01/2017 on my slot1. And gained 5100points. So my ranking was upgrade to 2900lsh at ranking table. But 4-5 days ago, last points i gained disappeared and i went back to 6766. But in screenshot you can actually see, my slot1 points are 40307. In ranking table although, my points seem to be 35583. As i was say; last points i gained, seems to be disappeared. Hopefully this problem will fixed.
Platforms: Website mobile & iPhone app==> osm version: 4.1.8(18Jan 2017 updated)
Device: iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.2
Date&time of the bug: almost a week.

What can you do ? Well, could you please start with using English? This is the Global forum and we must all try to speak the same language in here my friend.
So, you have two choices :- Either you can post in here your bug report about your missing manager points and ranking error in English
- Or you could join your own forum and post your request in your own native language .

Hello my mates.
I know how frustrating and annoying this situation might feel to you but it will be fixed. It's just a bug guys.
Sooner or later every ranking will look as it should be. No worries. -

Everything ranking related should be fixed. But since it's cached, some will only notice tomorrow, or later on!
We're sorry for this but this was something that was set live by mistake!

Same goes for the rest of the managers. Everything will get fixed for this bug in the next 24 to 48 hours.
