How to create a new league with friends?

I want to create my own premier league with 20 people, how do I do this? I can't find how to do it anywhere but you used to be able to.

@ChickenSauce Hi mate
Just choose/click on the league that you want to play and on the bottom you'll see the Create a League tool. Click on that and then close/lock your league, make it a Private league.... and last send invitations to your friends .

And also how do I log out of my account on iOS? I created an account and accidentally joined a league but I want to log out and go onto my main account because I found my old password.

I think that is not possible to logout from Apps, I'm not iOS user ( Android - you cant logout ), but what i read here is that you cant logout from iOS or Apps

@Lirind But I don't want to use the account on my mobile. I accidently logged into it when trying to find my old password. Then I recovered my password but I was already logged in.
Is there no way for me to force logout? My old account had loads of tickets purchased on it so I want to use them!

@DE-XRIST Yes, by accident. I originally had 1 account with loads of money/credits/tickets on it, and couldn't remember the password and I tried recovering it and I didn't receive an email. So I made a new account to play with my friends but now the recovery password has come through and I can use my old account.
Can you remove/ban my new account so I can continue using my old one? I've never played a game on my new one.
