How to write in old topics?

I would like to post in a topic, but when I try to do it, it appears this window...

I don't wanna create a new topic, I only wanna write in the "quite old" topic... But I don't know how can I do it

Can someone explain me how to do it?

I opened a ticket in the portuguese forum of this problem too but it still has not been solved.

There's a visibility issue there, it will be visible if you put your mouse on the left side from create new topic and then you can also click on it to reply.
