hello how are you . now i have a problem i played first season in the game earning 3440 points now i played 2 or more seasons so i should have a total of 9400 and its written on profile on desktop but not on mobile and not counting me into higher ranks not counted at all please help

Hi, looking at your game profile I see that all is OK, your overall total manager point is 9400+.
However, it does not have effect on the rankings because manager points are added to the slot which they are earned with. So that every slots has their separate manager points and ranking as can be seen on the screenshots below;
