Error 1000-0. What can i do ?

    i cant play on android. I have problem with app Error 1000-0. What can i do ?

    Today with no Reason when I was going to login on the App (android) after some seconds appears the message with the error 1000-0.

    Some help?

    Hi,

    Tks for reporting it. We're working hard to fix this, but we just can't understand why this is happening (it only affects some users).

    Can you please help us finding why this is happening by explaining us step by step what you do. Please provide us all the info you can remember, like Android version, OSM App version, country form where you're accessing, login process (OSM data, FB data, google....)

    @specialone . I have the same problem,can not open the app osm since yesterday . I updated it.
    I use android 8.0
    I can only open the app OSM when i use wifi.

    We're trying hard to find out the reason why we get this error and this may be valuable info... let's see if our devvers can reproduce/find the reason for this!

    @jopie1313_nl Can you let us know which telecom provider you've (of course that we need the one on the phone when your App is not working and not the one from the wifi connection)
