There should be achievement for something like this. Guy hasn't conceeded a single goal in whole league and he probably wont win the league as I am playing against PC in last round
Hiya again Matty. Hope you won't mind me bringing this post in here too. Cause your idea sounded like a very good one for a future Achievement.
Not to get a single goal on your nets from opponents throughout the whole league ! Wow! Wicked !! -
@SUPERNOVA-8 Heh still feel bit sad for the fella. He ended up the whole league without really conceeding.. Still that did not help him
-
i think we should be able to manage a club, maybe twice before you switch
-
@uchenna-a remember that with only agree on something will not change anything. They need to have good reasons for it to change it. So any good reasons which could lead to a discussion?
-
Many games let the players change their username. Maybe OSM should allow the same. Like we have to pay a certain amount of boss coin to be able to change our manager name and put a rule that you can't change manager name for next 100 days after you changed it or give everyone just 1 chance to change.
This is just a suggestion. Let me know all your opinions.

@King-Noel
Hello mate and thanks for the suggestion...this is something that has discussed many times and the result is that for the time being, isn't possible... -

My suggestion is to make it possible to change your 'Manager Name'.
I understand that if they allow each player to change their name as many times as they want, it would become a huge mess and it will be hard to recognize players.
Therefore I suggest that changing your Manager Name would cost Boss Coins, this way, players would be way more careful and think at least 2 times before changing their username.
Changing your manager name could be done in the same section as where you can change your clothes.
I already made an example of how it could look like:And to make it even harder for players to keep on changing their usernames, the price of Manager Name changing should double after every past name change.
e.g.
I want to change my name for the first time --> I pay 50 Boss Coins to do so.
But when I want to change my Manager Name for the second time, I'll have to pay 100 Boss Coins to do so. And if I want to change it for the 3rd time, I'll have to pay 200 Boss Coins to do so, etc.I think this will prevent players from 'spamming' the name change option in the game.
(And if you really want to be sure that players still could be recognized after changing their username, there could maybe be a feature that allows anybody to see the complete name history (all past name changes) of a manager when going to that player's settings or something...)Let me know what you think of this suggestion! ^.^
I'm looking forward to receive some feedback!!Kind regards,
~ JosherWhy was this post completely ignored? Any reason why it is not possible to do this?
That guy posted that suggestion with clear pics and he took lot of time to write it and he got 0 reply from mods ... sad to see this.

@Acantha Yeah but I listed multiple good reasons to change OSM to multiple seasons 22 days ago in this exact topic and there was not much support for it or discussion about it because it has been talked about so much in this past, so I don't think it would lead to a huge discussion now if I just repeated my past reasons. I also made a new topic 23 days ago about being able to do multiple seasons in OSM where I listed more reasons, but a moderator just shut me down by locking the topic with a short one-sentence explanation on why it won't happen:
DE XRIST: "Hello mate....maybe it's disappointing not to continue to next season with the same team but this is why OSM is wonderful as well...it is a simple game....as for second season, maybe it will be added in the future...." So this statement is why I don't want to list my reasons again, because I will probably just get shut-down by a moderator. But I can continue to show my support for a 2nd season and remain optimistic with posts like my previous post, even though I know there is a very low chance a 2nd season will ever be added. -
@King-Noel Yeah I have also made previous posts or topics without a reason or proper explanation from a moderator on why something is not possible, and when a moderator did respond to me they gave me no chance to disagree with them and tell them why, just rudely locked the topic instead with a one-sentence explanation (The example from my previous post). Another example was when I made a suggestion in this topic to maybe have a OBM game (Online Basketball Manager) and I listed multiple reasons why, but I got no reply from a moderator telling me that it is or is not possible and why. I know that mods can't reply to every post, but it just seems to happen often that good suggestions or questions are not responded to by a mod at all.

@uchenna-a This is the place to put all suggesions, you shouldn't have put it in a seperate topic. Let's use osm the game to discuss everything about the game and this topic for any ideas that you might have
-
@Acantha I did use OSM the game, I made a new topic there because it was my first time posting my opinion on the forum. My topic was not shut down because I put it in a separate topic, it was because the moderator thought their answer did not need any discussion even though it did, and they did not even tell me that I could post my suggestion in this topic, just locked the topic instead with a one-sentence explanation.
-
@uchenna-a I agree with everything you said. They should give a proper explanation instead of just closing a topic without even giving us a proper reply. We type and work hard to come up with such suggestions and it get ignored or locked and that is not right.

@SUPERNOVA-8 I just wanted to know why it was not possible to add a feature to change username and if you check the whole forums history there is no clear answer... Even when I was forum moderator I asked same question but no one gave any proper replies. So now after a break, I am back to OSM and I wanted to ask same question and clarify.

So did you check the whole forums first ?
https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/45937/name-change/6
Could we please move on to a different subject?
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 That topic was made when I was on my break from OSM but yeah fair play.
-
@King-Noel Sorry again but ...
https://forum.onlinesoccermanager.com/topic/46096/username-change-feature/3
at least check for real first for possible replies given already by Mods before you start with false accusations. -

@FATΔ°HTERΔ°M I am well aware of that my friend. It's not your fault , we have mentioned several times already on the forum that there is no option to change our username on OSM. It is directly connected to each manager's personal account's data and profiles and it must remain the same for several reasons. One of the most important reasons is the protection and safety of every single one individual account there is on OSM.

@SUPERNOVA-8 This is the reply I was looking for ... clear reply with a good reason why it is not possible to change username.
