My latest update on this malfunction :
Looks complicated really. Devers can't be 100% sure about the reason for this situation.
They are inclined to a specific sponsor - ad partner/network, so they are going to disable it and see what happens from now on.So please could you try to visit your Apps starting from today or tomorrow? Enter your Business Clubs , watch your ads/commercial videos and come back here with your feedback.
We need to know if this act has brought things to normal and if Boss Coins are rewarded for watching those videos.Thank you all once again for your patience and I'll be waiting for your news.

The only way I can receive boss coin now is, uninstall osm and reinstall osm again every time it fail to receive boss coin. Anyway, I guess this is annoying method, I believe that, we will have better solution. Appreciate if this problem can be solved as soon as possible, so that I don't have to keep reinstall Osm.

Also, I found that whenever my smartphone under unstable connection, the boss coin will start to stuck again and not received until I reinstall osm again, the boss coin then can be received again as normal.

I honestly do not make any sense guys .
Some managers watch their videos perfectly normal and get rewarded for them while others don't get a thing!
And I'm talking only about managers using their Android phone Apps. Therefore all I can say atm , before I close this topic for the weekend is :
a) please make sure you try this close to a good - stable wifi signal ...
b) clean often your temporary data and cache from your phone apps and phone devices in total ....and
c) use your phone browsers too for watching those videos and earn your free boss coins.Have a nice weekend !

I must remind you and insist on advising you to use your phone browsers to watch those ads/videos that usually appear new of them quite often within a day.
And you do get rewarded this way! -
