Why are there "downotes" If they cant be used? If I dont think something is good or If I strongly disagree with someones opinion, why shoudlnt I be able to dislike it? That does not mean I dont respect someone, I just dont agree with the things he said...

Since you are asking me Matty ( and thank you for giving me this opportunity to explain this ) I was always against the downvoting part , because it is 99% of the times used for all the wrong reasons on the forums.
If I don't agree with someone's post and opinion I speak up. I post my own reply and opinion. I present my own thoughts and suggestions. Why should anybody get to see this minus ( - ) symbol on a post ?
Which sadly is translated in our modern times as a "dislike" button . I'm sorry but I find it so rude and hostile way for anyone to show he disagrees with an opinion by simply giving a downvote and without giving the chance to the manager to defend himself via a civilised dialogue. -
@SUPERNOVA-8 said in Improvement of fair play:
If that's the case then by all means please report them via a mail to the OSM Support team ( en.support@onlinesoccermanager.com )
they told to me '' you have to report through the game , because we can't react without a report ''
@MenagerBL said in Improvement of fair play:
Now at the moment there are at least 10-15 cheaters in top100.
Same pattern: all multi-accounts loged from PC (accounts with no history, mostly more loses than wins), strange goal difference for all clubs (cheater already scored 50+ goals in 6-7 matches), no transfers in league (all clubs with players 60-70) all wins for cheater even if his squad is worth 60-70M etc. Very easy to discover.you know why so many cheaters aren't blocked, because they hold the top rankings of their country in the ranking of countries in the world.
A staff supporter from a country that is not one of the top 20 ranking countries would be the ideal solution.
meanwhile, after 5 days of reporting, everything proceeds normally, nothing irregular -
@roni-meda
But you are the first who should be punished for multiple accounts -
@نااانسي-عجرم Nah, he just knows how to find a team free on top spot 4 days before league ends. Its skill

@roni-meda
But you are the first who should be punished for multiple accountsRiadh you cannot accuse another manager this way in public without even having some solid proof - evidences that he is acting against the OSM Terms and as if this wasn't unfair enough... You downvote his post and personal opinion on a discussion topic and ... what's with your emoji mate? You stubb the guy and then you give him a hug ?
-
Do you see what just happened here guys? So very often an x manager might think , believe , have a hunch ( call it however you want ) that a y manager is a cheater. But that's not always the case. We can only report a manager if and when we are 100% sure of his illegal behavior and only when we are in position to provide solid evidences about it.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8
This is the idea -
@نااانسي-عجرم
@roni-meda
And sorry man here ,i just want give a proof of misunderstanding -
@نااانسي-عجرم Haha, you little devil...
Yeah yeah , I love you too Riadh.
But do me this favor and remove your downvote from Roni's post. I can still see it there.
Please buddy.It's only fair .

Wow, after Nenad's post about 10-15 managers suspicious in top 100 I couldnt believe in that number and after long period of time I scrolled around managers in top 100 and checked some of the leagues...
Wow.. I cant believe staff is not inspecting this more.. there is really plenty of people playing in weird leagues where plenty of accounts have more losses than wins and people having goal difference of +70 or more with scoring more than 8 goals per game.. WOW, just WOW, I really cant believe that this game came to this.... This really hit me hard I must say, how is it possible that it is not suspicious to those in charge that people score so easilly 8 goals every game?
I played many times in USA league lets say and had players rated 120+ by the end of the league and I played on a regular basis against people and teams that have average of -50 rating per player (their being around 75 lets say and mine being around 115 or 120) and I rarely had the ability to score 7 or 8 goals in every game there.. and these guys are doing it with such ease.. brilliant.. I must have got really rusty and after 10 years of playing the game I obviously have 0% knowledge on tactics and stuff as I cannot do things so easilly...
Not acusing anyone here, they may just be uber pros and discovered the formula of the game so I wont point any fingers here.,..

@SUPERNOVA-8 Perfect. Deal

And here's my opinion on the above text.
In just a single post of yours Matt , you managed to do once again exactly what I have several times kindly asked of you all and advised you and everybody else in here not to do !
Once again you are throwing accusations at every direction! You accuse top ranked managers of being cheaters and you also accuse Staff Support members or/and Admins for not doing their job right (?) !
Wow, wow and wow ! That really hit me hard too mate!
Are you honestly feeling satisfied now? Where is your wisdom ? Where is your long-term experience ? Where is you presenting even one solid case with evidences on those supposedly cheaters ?
Tbh , I'm absolutely gutted by this kind of behavior especially coming from you Matt.
Pure mean unfounded accusations and sarcasm!
Wow indeed mate!! Thanks a lot for your support and contribution to this important for the whole community discussion topic!
And for your information , I'm not feeling at all happy with me having to make this post and talk to you this way. But enough is enough mate! I guess sometimes I have way too high expectations from my own friends. -
@SUPERNOVA-8
Done
I forgot it -
@نااانسي-عجرم Thank you Riadh, I really appreciate it!
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 Let me just rephrase Matty's post. I understand that the staff support is already inspecting the matter, but they should look into it more as the results of the league and everything regarding it is highly and obviously suspicious. It has been 5 days after reporting and the community will appreciate it if it didn't take soo long to take action against those managers if they are found to be guilty.
-
@SUPERNOVA-8 As I said before, I am not acusing anyone, nor I am pointing fingers, I was just saying it is suspicious behaviour and that I was stunned with what I found after checking it for an hour or so.
I do understand that it is a hard work and it requires a lot of time, but as Nenad said up above in topic, there are managers out there who are willing to inspect stuff like that if GB gives them authority to do so. My strong opinion is that this matter is not a small deal and that it needs to be inspected hard and in details. Who knows, maybe those guys really found out the secret to the game after playing it for under a year or two and they know how to atract only players with negative win ratio to their leagues constantly league after league and scoring 8 goals per game so easily against them. Hats of to them if they managed to do so.
My goal is not to acuse anyone here, as I do not have neither evidence nor skill or time required to determine who is a cheat or not anymore as I am not spending enough time on the game anymore. As I sad, I just took an hour or something bit more and checked some of the leagues from managers in top 100 and I was surprised and stunned because I wasnt aware there was so much leagues like that where people score 100 goals so easilly in small leagues with 10 teams... I have never seen it before in my career on osm, playing it for 10 years.
After all, If I wanted to make acusations publicly I would post names or numbers, I did not do that.

even in my opinion, it's something they know but don't want to react.I repeat the same thing as before

Im just curios to know this: when we report someone why we have to go back on the email and activate it?
Another good idea is for each country to have one or two staff support about cheaters? Cuz again its not a big deal top 100 members world wide the main issue is top 100 by countries.
Also reporting someone just that you think that he is a cheater is not good so we need to have proves about that and yes staff support can warn them first and if again happens block them!

@bearded-conte said in Improvement of fair play:

Because otherwise the Support team would be filled with false cheat reports Ermal. Key word : ( you said it already ) Curious users... Just think of new inexperienced managers who see this button and click on it only to try it out and see what happens. While by activating your cheat report it means you are certain of what you're doing and that you actually have a serious case to report and provide evidences about it.
