SurveyTime - Bug

Hi...
I'm stuck a few days now. Once i clicked the button below:
And now, i can't use another survey because, for some reason, it's stuck in:
I already done this process, they paid me $2 but since last Friday, i simply can't use this anymore.
And one more thing, another bug that takes 3 months now, i can't see any of the buttons in this section:
I had the possibility to take surveys but now, i can only use Surveytime that is, as i told before, stucked...
Can you help me?
