Unable to access OSM

I am posting for my mate @I-salute-liverpool-fc
He is unable to access osm in both his app and browser for few hours now. Please check with this issue and fix it. Thanks -

Tell your mate to contact support via e-mail, providing clear evidence and explaining in detail what the problem is.

Failing that, you can send an email directly to the staff to have this sorted.
