Unable to access OSM

He is unable to access osm in both his app and browser for few hours now. Please check with this issue and fix it. Thanks

Tell your mate to contact support via e-mail, providing clear evidence and explaining in detail what the problem is.

Failing that, you can send an email directly to the staff to have this sorted.
