Account doesn't work

Hello,
since roughly two days I can't use my OSM account (Sebastian_709). Neither I can register in the forum nor I can register in the game. Also when I push forgot password and write my email there I don't get an email.

Edit: this is just an account I created to write these because as already said, I can't register in my actual account.
