About 2 hours ago, my friend announced that he had been banned in OSM

So far, we've been discussing this, and emailing support.
He has now been able to log in to his account

Was this a mistake on the part of the system???!

He was having a stroke
He account name: dictator_2

What was the reason?

hi. cheating wont be discussed on forums.
tell him to read OSM terms. There was something he missed out.
only thing he can do now is to appeal. to appeal log in via web and he will see that option.
