How can it be a bug? Do you want to remove the red cards from the game?

Just take a look to real life... recently we had two weird cases of Red cards
In England - Feghouli (ref Mike Dean)
In Portugal - Danilo (ref Luís Godinho)

Here on OSM we may also have some weird red cards, but it's also influenced by both teams style of play and ref
