Loggin problem via Ipad

The flag emblem at right top corner can not load, so that just coming OSM background as website.
I have cleaned my cache but still have the loggin problem. I do not want use the app.
Via PC it is all right.
I got the ipad problem ca. 2-3 month ago. Maybe you can not play without app via ipad, do you ?
