manager points missing

@FC-Eddie_NL I already reported problem with chat in separate topic, same as problem with missing trophy but guess what... problem still is present so what a difference where I posted it? I reportered that already some time ago (No today or yesterday).
Like I said: it is to prevent unneccecary clutter on a topic that is about a completely different matter. If you already posted a topic about those issues, why didn't you bumped up those topics instead?
About the chat: this is due to a filter to prevent unwanted language, but is still being worked on. The other one is known, but is not easy to fix.

@FC-Eddie_NL ok so in this case I will give another bug with manager points... On top page I have 449774 (lost 3k points since morning but not play any game) and on any slot I have 452569... so on one hand I am in top Division on another on Division 9....
Please fix it... change manager points to medals was very bad idea but losing medals without losing games is ridicules... so in the same time at least 4 bugs?

There's in fact an issue with Manager medals on android App and we're looking at itand will be fixed ASAP.
@jasiuk88 You didn't lost medals without playing, you lost them when you lost/draw a match, but value didn't updated (visual bug) on app. If you check on web, you'll get the real medal value (it will match with same value of your last screenshot: 449,774)

If you lose a match, you lose medals. That's normal procedure. So if total amount of medals go up or down now depending if you won or lost a match, then everything is fine. If it doesn't go up, even if you won a match, you should post some new screenshots. Also, make sure to double check things on the webversion aswell.
@FC-Eddie_NL i understand. I had somehewere around 462.000/463.000 medals around the 20th or the 21st of december. Next day i open the OSM app and i am down to 457.718. Where are my missing medals? It seems like i stuck at this number now and can't get above this total by winning but when i'm losing i'm going under 457.718.
This is a huge bug but you act like it's solved and okay. It is not. Look into my account and check my medals around those dates and you'll see.

On the WEB version everything is fine, but on my app no, everytime remain blocked at 435.020 -

Hi all.
Could you be a bit more specific with what is going on?
- Do you see the pop-up with the amount of medals you have won or lost after a match?
- When do the medals drop again? Is that right after you have checked results of only after you have logged out/closed app?
- Wich platform does this happen (web/iOS/Android)? All of them or just a specific one?
- Could you show some screenshots?

I finished another two leagues yesterday, and today all the points I earned are gone again (+- 4000 points). That seems to be a pattern.

On my 4 slots I have 2 Active league and 2 in preparation... yesterday I draw in battle and was degradated from Level 10 of medals to Level 9... ok it is unfair how it works but ok.... today I had games on 2 slots only (2 in preparation). I won first about 18:30 UTC and get about 140 medals for winning and get promoted to Level 10 again... next game was 20:32 UTC and in mean time some of my medals was "cut" I was again go to level 9 (without playing game) and at 20:32 I won and get another 130 medals and get promoted to Level 10! In one evening I was promoted twice with 2 games which I won... This is joke.... yesterday I was promoted twice to level 10 (without losing any game yesterday) with final 450006 medals... today I play my first game (in 2 hours I have next so I dont lost any game and lost medals) and guess... I was again promoted to level 10 with 450006 medals...
PLEASE fix it...

Please read the below post from our admin. As you can see it is a visual bug on the app. Some things are harder to fix, but eventually it will be. So just be patient.

@FC-Eddie_NL ok I will try to be patient but every day the same that I am promoted to Division 10 is makes me crazy...
logging in from laptop my manager points are 420 111
logging in on android app and they are 417 825
it seems the difference gets bigger after every update. Might be helpfull to find the cause of this problem.
And again the same... 450006 and promotion...
