Inadvertenly bought a player with Boss coins

    Hi,

    I was looking at the transfer list and saw a player (keeper) for 40 something million, which i tought I had. When i proceded to buy, in a split second it was shown that I was going to spend 80ish boss coins additionally while I would like to spend them on something else. on a touchscreen such a mistake is easily done and I am therefore dissappointed.

    Any chance this purchase can be undone?

    On which of your clubslots did this happen and which player did you bought. I can try asking Gamebasics if they can remove the player from your squad and get your Bosscoins back, but no idea if that is possible.

    When you have to pay less than a certain amount of Bosscoins, you won't get a confirmation button first, so mistakes are easy to make.

    @FC-Eddie_NL It happened on my 2nd clubshot, I bought GK Simón.

    Thanks for asking. Yeah because of the lack of that confirmation is is a 'mistake' easily made.

    After that, click on 'submit a request' and fill in the contact sheet in English. Make sure to provide as much details as possible.
