I made the payment with 9,99 euros the payment successful message appeared but after that,the game said there had been error in the payment but the money taken from my debitcard

Hi there,
If the Bosscoins weren't added to your account, then I believe one of the two of the following things might have already happened.
- A claim button has become active for which to claim the Bosscoins from your payment.
- If payment wasn't succesfull, your bank should have debited that payment back into your bankaccount.
If both things haven't happened yet and you still don't have the Bosscoins, then you should contact our customer service via the below link.

Click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. From there you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the details of your payment.
