Transfer notification is missing

Hi,
I need some help.
Transfer notification in my mobile app is missing.
It's been around 1 week. I don't get notifications every time my players are being sold. So, I have to check manually whether my players are already sold or not.My device is Xiaomi and it runs on Android 11.
Can you help me to solve this issue? -
One week later, still not fixed.
I got a solution though, by activating the push notification via web version.But, it would be nice if you fix the bug in the application.

Hi there,
The match and transfer notifications are server-based notifications, which means that your internet connection needs to be stable in order to receive them. If you don't have a stable internet connection, you receive them later or not at all.
On the OSM app, do you get the notification that your match has been played? Or the notficiations about training, if you set the training on the app?
If not, then make sure notifications are enabled in the settings of your phone aswell as the settings of the OSM app.

Hi, thanks for the reply.I get every notifications in the app (including current promo) except for the transfer notifications.
I tested the app on my tablet device, and it also gets the same issue.

Hmm, that's pretty strange. You could try the following steps, but make sure you have a way to login to your account before you proceed.
- Delete all app data
- Remove the OSM app from your phone
- Restart your phone
- Install OSM app again

@FC-Eddie_NL This happened to me before but all I had to do was switch notifications off then on. I am on Web version.

Hi there,
Web notifications work differently than the push notifications on phones. On the webversion you will only get a notification if you have opened your browser and notificatons are turned on. The push notifications on the phone should be received inmediately. However, for server-based notifications they depend on the internet connection of the user.
