    Hi there,

    • If you don't receive the Bosscoins from a purchase in the OSM Store, then you should be able to claim them from the career page.

    • Purchases that contains Club Funds, Position Swaps or other items can be found in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of every page in OSM.

    If for some reason you didn't received the content of a purchased pack, then you should contact our customer service via the below link.

    Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.
