Hi!
In the app, i dont get all the updates in the “news” section. I dont get the retro, pep v carlo and the team of the week updates.
How come do i get them in the web version news, but in the app i only get season overview and battle league updates?
Also, is there a way to change your flag in the app?

Hi there,

To change your flag in the OSM app you just have to tap on the cogwheel on the homepage. There you can select your country.

As for the news section: I think you will have to remove the OSM app and re-install it to 'fix' that. News should be added automaticaly when there is some new news, so perhaps this is caused by outdated data. Make sure you have a way to log back in your account before you uninstall it or otherwise you will lose acces to your account. Either by using a password or having your account connected via a social connection (Facebook, Apple Game Center or Google Play)

If simply uninstalling and re-installing doesn't solve it then try the following steps:

Uninstall the OSM app
Remove all app data
Restart your phone
Install the OSM app again

Through the cogwheel, there is no option to change your country. Apart form that, there is no other place, so it seems like i cannot change it through the app.

Could you give us the following information:

do you play on iOS or Android?
the brand + type of the phone you are using
what is the version of the operating system you use? (for example: Android 10, iOS 16)
what is the version of the OSM app that is installed on your phone?
could you post a screenshot of the settings page when you tap on the cogwheel in the OSM app?

Hi,
I play on ipadOS
The brand is apple, and i play on ipad (I don’t play on a phone, i play on ipad)
In settings i have checked, ipadOS version:17.7.4

This is the screenshot you asked for, and you can also see the version of osm. I have cirled the flag at the top, because i thought if i clicked that i could change the flag, but it is not a button.

Have you also tapped on 'Account' at the top of settings page? Perhaps it's listed there?

I have an Android phone myself and in the OSM app I am able to change the country. So I'm assuming you should also be able to do that in the OSM app on iOS.

Scratch my last post. That is for the general language of the OSM app I rarely check the OSM app.

@patser_NL is correct. You can't change your nationality in the OSM app. That is only possible when you play on the webversion. My apologies.
