I totally get what you mean! Not being able to see the faces of players can feel a bit odd, especially when you’re trying to connect with your team. Adding images for all players would definitely improve the experience and make the game feel more immersive. It’d be great if the developers could include this in a future update—having a full roster with images would make everything feel more complete! Hopefully, this gets some attention.

Having all players in OSM with their real image would be great, but it's not that easily accomplished. Due to portrait rights OSM can't simply add those pictures. They have to pay for a license to put the portrait of real football players in the game. This is all copyright protected. That's why you don't see that many real photo's of the players in OSM.
The same applies to the real image of the clublogo. This is also copyright protected.
