There's no guarantee that the best players added to the transfer list will sell quickly even if you reduce the price of the players. Remove them from the TL and re-add them again to see if it helps you sell quicker. There isn't much one can do to help, you just have to keep working the transfer list to figure out how to sell your players quicker.

@Ecotheafkguy - Maybe your team doesn't bond with the tactics, and maybe you had the wrong sliders which didn't match your opponents tactics

Just change your starter XI so that you line up your players in best shape. And make sure you also keep buying and selling players (players signed off the TL come in a pristine state, with maximum fitness and morale).
