@jacobs Yeah I don't remember seeing any surveys on the forum, and after looking back at all the topics on this forum since 2016 I didn't see any surveys about having new Osm staff.

But in the end , I suppose what makes a great Captain is a combination of : Skills/ Power - Age - Rating/Performance Grade .

The ratings of players on the transferlist grows during the season. You won't find any world stars at the start, but they might appear at the end. You can view this as external/foreign teams also training their players. I guess the ratings of players on the list is related to the ratings of players in the competition. I remember selling a player at rating 90 to an external team, and buying him again with rating 95.

Personally I'm a big fan of friendlies. They help me lots to get a general feeling , an idea of how effective my settings will be . Plus I get a few extra training for some of my first 11 line up's players. But yeah , just like our mate Jeff @jeffro-davies mentioned here , I tend to play these friendlies close before the simulation time.

@motanelu Hello again Cosmin I'd like to inform you about the reply I got concerning the two Crew names that look similar . I am sorry if it sounds bad from me ( please don't shoot the messenger ) but the most important thing is that there’s no bug involved in this case my friend. Although both crew names may look almost identical, the fact remains that for the OSM's system are 100% different and valid, because the new Crew actually used an extra gap between the RO and MANIA words. Of course every Crew Leader is now able to make changes on his crew name. So from now on it’s really up to you guys . I mean both of you Crew Leaders, to communicate with each other and if this similarity still bothers you that much you could have a polite dialogue about it and possibly reach a gentlemen's agreement for one of you to change a bit the final crew name.
