OSM: The game

@hansinho Good point mate...same chances for everyone....it doesn't matter if you take a tc hours before or just before a game (especially when you can use the secret training option)....it's isn't unfair, cause every manager can do the same...and will do it, when the time comes that need desperately a victory...and let's not forget that OSM gives all managers the option to play in a league, WITHOUT TRAINING CAMPS...how about that?? @tc-game_nl As for OSM interfering to our lives, yes sometimes when i was a new manager and with the old versions of this game, i could stop my day work just to see the results...early in the afternoon...but this again isn't a problem of OSM, is managers problem not to let a game to be such important part of his life..... Closing topics: if we leave every topic open, that a manager makes to post his ideas, on how he wants this game or how he would like to change this game, on his beliefs, we would have "million" topics, many of them just for the fun of it.....we try to have and leave open these topics, where we can have some good discussion on issues that would interest the most managers of this game...

Hi, Why would last minute training camp be disabled? Because some manager was outsmarted by another manager (his opponent)? Definitely not! Actually, this is the fun of the game. Managers could even change their formation and tactics at the last minute and it's up to the other manager to figure out how he can counter his opponent. That's why in the scout tutorial, managers are told that the scout info could be outdated depending on the time he's used last. That's why on important matches some managers do stay online and keep monitoring their opponent till the game is played. So this isn't gonna change because of your reason above.

Hi, It's up to you as the manager of your team to figure out which players to assign as your specialists and to make it work.

@sabit-mamedov Hi, the engine has not been changed and has nothing to do with this, like you rightly said in football anything can happen. Match stats alone doesn't determine the result of a game, tactics, squad value and other factors do.

@gs_metecan The rules of a tournament and how the tournament runs is up to the organizer(s) to decide. And next time you should rather pm the organization for any suggestions about their tournaments and not to post it on forums. Thanks!

@isimex OSM don't give "information" or "suggestions".....when and if if this league is introduced to OSM all managers will be notified via News and Updates topics....

@brunoboy_nl Nowadays not many teams have many players playing, from their local or nearby villages...and if some manager have the time and the coins to invest in his/her team that is something he decides...trying to make better your team is something that happens to real life....and of course you can always make your own league, don't let other managers to join and play making no other transfers... @danteus No mate...is not up to volunteers like before...League update team does all the updates(almost all)....unfortunately the details needed for Palestinian league are very short...so this league stays without update, till we can find all the information needed....
